1. Airline Fare Rule Authority

All flight cancellations are subject to the individual airline’s fare conditions. While My Red Diamond LLC assists with submitting cancellation requests, airlines retain full control over approvals, penalties, and refund eligibility.

2. 24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation (When Applicable)

Some airlines allow penalty-free cancellations within 24 hours of ticket issuance, provided the booking is made at least seven (7) days prior to departure. This option depends entirely on airline policy and ticket type.

3. Airline Cancellation Penalties

Cancellation fees vary by airline and may depend on fare class, route, season, and availability. Charges may include partial fare loss, complete forfeiture, or conversion of the ticket value into airline credit.

4. Non-Refundable Ticket Conditions

Promotional, discounted, and basic economy tickets are often non-refundable. When canceled, these fares may only qualify for future travel credit, subject to airline rules and expiration limits.

5. No-Show & Missed Flight Rules

Failure to cancel a reservation before departure may result in a no-show status. No-shows typically lead to full ticket value loss and cancellation of any remaining flight segments.

6. Partial & Multi-Segment Cancellations

Canceling one leg of a round-trip or multi-city itinerary may trigger fare recalculation or invalidate the remaining segments, depending on airline pricing rules.

7. Airline Schedule Changes

If an airline cancels, delays, or significantly modifies a scheduled flight, passengers may be eligible for rebooking or refunds in accordance with the airline’s disruption policy.

8. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only after airline approval and may include unused refundable portions of the fare and applicable government taxes. Any service or processing fees charged by My Red Diamond LLC are non-refundable.

9. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–30 business days, depending on airline timelines, payment method, and banking institutions.

10. Third-Party & Assistance Fees

Airline penalties are separate from any booking, support, or handling fees charged by My Red Diamond LLC . These fees are not refundable once services are provided.

11. Documentation & Passenger Responsibility

Refunds will not be granted if travel is denied due to incorrect passenger details, expired documents, visa issues, missed check-in deadlines, or immigration non-compliance.

12. Exceptional Events

Events such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or airspace closures are managed according to airline discretion and applicable regulations.

13. Assisted Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests submitted through our customer support team instead of self-service channels may incur additional service charges.

14. Group & Negotiated Airfares

Group, corporate, and privately negotiated airline fares may follow stricter cancellation terms and are often non-refundable regardless of timing.
