Service Fees

To support secure cruise bookings, supplier coordination, and ongoing customer assistance, My Red Diamond LLC may apply certain service-related fees in addition to cruise line fares. These fees vary based on cruise line, itinerary, sailing date, and service type, and are always disclosed before booking confirmation.

1. Cruise Booking Service Fee

A booking service fee may apply per cruise reservation. This fee covers reservation processing, cruise line coordination, passenger record creation, and booking confirmation services.

2. Reservation Modification Fee

Changes requested after booking confirmation—such as sailing date changes, cabin category adjustments, passenger updates, or itinerary modifications— may incur a modification service fee in addition to any cruise line fare difference.

3. Cancellation Handling Fee

If a cruise reservation is canceled after confirmation, a service handling fee may apply based on the timing of the request:

  • Early cancellations: Minimal administrative service fee
  • Mid-range cancellations: Higher processing fee
  • Late cancellations or no-shows: Maximum service fee, subject to cruise line rules
Cruise line penalties are separate and not included in service fees.

4. Passenger Name Change Fee

Cruise lines often restrict name changes. Requests to correct or change passenger names after booking may incur a name-change service fee, subject to cruise line approval.

5. Cabin Upgrade Assistance Fee

Requests for cabin upgrades or category changes after booking may be subject to a service fee in addition to any fare increase imposed by the cruise line.

6. Payment Processing Fee

Certain payment methods, international transactions, or currency conversions may incur a processing fee. Any applicable charges are disclosed prior to payment authorization.

7. Cruise Add-On Service Fees

Optional cruise add-ons such as shore excursions, beverage packages, specialty dining, internet plans, or prepaid gratuities may include separate service or handling fees.

8. Documentation & Special Request Fee

Assistance with special requests—including accessibility needs, dining preferences, or special documentation support— may involve an additional service fee depending on complexity.

9. Cruise Line Administrative Fees

Certain cruise lines apply their own administrative or processing fees. These fees are controlled by the cruise operator and are separate from platform service charges.

10. Missed Sailing & No-Show Fees

Guests who fail to embark on the scheduled sailing without prior notice may incur service handling fees in addition to forfeiture of cruise fare, as defined by cruise line policies.

11. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Fees

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, a dispute handling fee may apply to cover administrative review, cruise line coordination, and payment processor costs.

12. Taxes & Government Charges

Government taxes, port charges, and regulatory fees are added to the total cruise cost as required by authorities. These charges are not service fees and are non-refundable unless permitted by law.

13. Non-Refundable Nature of Service Fees

Once a cruise booking has been confirmed, service fees are non-refundable. This applies even if the cruise is later canceled, changed, or refunded by the cruise line.

14. Variable Fee Structure

Service fees may vary based on cruise duration, itinerary complexity, number of passengers, cabin type, and timing of requests. All fees are disclosed before confirmation or service execution.

15. Acceptance of Service Fees

By completing a cruise booking through My Red Diamond LLC, you acknowledge and accept all applicable service fees. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any future updates.
