Post-Ticketing Fees

The following post-booking service fees may apply after your cruise reservation has been confirmed. These fees are related to administrative handling, cruise line coordination, and system processing. All applicable charges are disclosed at the time a request is made and are separate from cruise line–imposed penalties.

1. Guest Name Correction Fee

Requests to correct or amend a guest name after booking confirmation may be subject to a name correction service fee. Supporting documentation may be required, and approval depends on cruise line policies.

2. Cruise Reservation Modification Fee

Changes to sailing date, ship, itinerary, cabin category, or number of guests after confirmation may incur a modification fee. Any fare difference imposed by the cruise line is charged separately.

3. Cancellation Handling Fees

If a confirmed cruise reservation is canceled, service handling fees may apply in addition to cruise line penalties:

  • More than 90 days before sailing: Up to 10% of booking value
  • 60–90 days before sailing: Up to 25% of booking value
  • 30–59 days before sailing: Up to 50% of booking value
  • Less than 30 days or no-show: Up to 100% of booking value

4. Cabin Change Fee

Requests to change cabin type or upgrade after booking may incur a cabin change fee. Availability and pricing are determined by the cruise line.

5. Sailing Date Change Fee

Changing the sailing date after confirmation may result in a date-change service fee, in addition to any cruise line fare difference or re-pricing.

6. Late Payment Fee

Failure to complete final payment by the cruise line’s specified deadline may result in late payment charges or automatic cancellation without refund.

7. Reinstatement Fee

If a canceled booking is reinstated at guest request, a reinstatement or reactivation fee may apply, subject to cruise line approval and availability.

8. Special Dining or Beverage Package Changes

Changes or removals of prepaid dining packages, beverage packages, or onboard amenities may be subject to administrative handling fees.

9. Shore Excursion Modification Fee

Changes or cancellations of prepaid shore excursions may incur service fees in addition to cruise line or tour operator penalties.

10. Transfer & Ground Service Changes

Modifications to airport transfers or cruise-port transportation arranged with the booking may result in additional service fees.

11. Documentation Processing Fee

Requests for special documentation support, reissued invoices, confirmation letters, or travel certificates may incur a processing fee.

12. Payment Processing Fees

Certain payment methods, international cards, or currency conversions may incur processing fees. Any applicable charges are disclosed before payment completion.

13. Special Request Handling Fee

Requests such as accessible cabins, connecting rooms, dietary accommodations, or celebration packages may involve handling fees and are subject to availability.

14. No-Show Processing Fee

Failure to embark on the scheduled sailing without prior cancellation may result in a no-show processing fee and forfeiture of all payments.

15. Non-Refundable Service Fees

All post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable once the related service has been initiated, regardless of cruise line refund outcomes.
